**1. Introduction**

Scene KL ("Platform") is an online social engagement platform that provides a listing of bars and restaurants, as well as special offers and discounts (the "Services"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

**2. Membership**

To use the Services, you must register for a membership account on the Platform ("Membership"). You may choose from two tiers of membership: Standard Member or Premium Member.

  • As a Standard Member, you are entitled to access the Services and receive free tier discounts offered by merchants.
  • As a Premium Member, you will have access to a wider range of discounts and offers from participating merchants, as well as other benefits (as specified in your Membership account).


**3. Personal Information**

By registering for a Membership, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your name, email address, and any other required details ("Personal Information"). You also consent to Scene KL collecting and using this Personal Information to:

  • Verify your identity
  • Provide the Services
  • Customize content and offers based on your preferences and interests
  • Communicate with you about the Platform, its Services, and special promotions

**4. Use of the Platform**

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • You may not use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • You may not use the Platform to harass or bully other users.
  • You may not use the Platform to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.


**5. Discount Offers**

The Platform provides various discount offers and promotions from participating merchants ("Discounts"). By using these Discounts, you acknowledge that:

  • The Discounts are subject to change without notice
  • The Discounts are only valid for the specific merchant and location listed
  • You must follow any additional terms or conditions specified by the merchant in connection with a particular Discount


**6. Premium Membership Fees and Cancellation**

As a Premium Member, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee specified on the Platform ("Premium Membership Fee"). Your Premium Membership will be automatically renewed unless you choose to cancel it during the current subscription period.

  • You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time through the SceneKL website, or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation of your Premium Membership, you will continue to receive premium benefits and offers until the end of your current subscription period. After that, your membership will revert to Standard Member status.
  • You will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining portion of your subscription period.


**7. Payment**

You agree that all payments made to Scene KL are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions or applicable by law.

**8. Intellectual Property**

The Platform, its content, and its software are the exclusive property of Scene KL. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the Platform's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

**9. Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify and hold Scene KL harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

**10. Governing Law**

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration, as provided for under Malaysian law.

**11. Changes to These Terms**

Scene KL reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

**12. Termination**

Scene KL may terminate your Membership and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to premium benefits and offers.

By using the Scene KL platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
