6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its content, and its software are the exclusive property of SceneKL Enterprise. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the Platform's intellectual property without our prior written consent.7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold The Scene harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms and Conditions.8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration, as provided for under Malaysian law.9. Changes to These Terms

Information such as event schedules, venue hours, pricing, promotions, entry requirements, availability, and locations may change without notice.

The Scene shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, damages, cancellations, changes, inaccuracies, or misunderstandings arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.
By using The Scene, you acknowledge and accept that all information is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
By using The Scene Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
